Our framework for selecting the most impactful projects

Grounded in Milkywire’s core principles of integrity, scientific rigor, and transparency, the framework combines non-negotiable selection criteria with three strategic purchase drivers to balance quality, impact, and buyer priorities. The criteria serve as an independent integrity and impact filter, while the dimensions shape the purchase strategy to align with your organization’s goals, risk appetite, and ambition.

CDR Methodology

A rigorous process from selection to delivery

Projects are selected through structured requests for proposals, followed by rigorous screening, evaluation, and due diligence. The process is grounded in scientific best practices and reviewed by an independent advisory group. Each project is evaluated against our core selection criteria and assessed according to defined strategic drivers. Finalists undergo in-depth risk assessments and are monitored throughout implementation to track delivery, manage risks, and capture learnings.
